Sangeeta is a science and management graduate, Certified Holistic Nutritionist, and founder of URJA Quantum Health, where she blends science and spirituality to support whole-body wellness. Though not an artist by profession, she has always approached life with an artistic perspective—curious, intuitive, and deeply attuned to the rhythms of mind, body, and energy. Her practice draws on a wide range of modalities, including HeartMath, biofeedback, and mindfulness, offering a holistic and heart-centered approach to healing.

Sangeeta has also cherished a lifelong engagement with the arts—raising an artist daughter, immersing herself in creative communities, and finding joy in every opportunity to contribute meaningfully. Now venturing into stage management, she brings her calm presence, systems thinking, and creative insight to the world of performance, holding space for collaboration, flow, and transformation behind the scenes.
